Detailed process of manufacturing hdpe

Process

Cleaning

After taking raw material from seller it goes for cleaning. There good and bad plastic is also separated.

Grinding – thereafter cleaning, cleaned material go into a grinder machine, where it is grinded into small pieces of plastic.

Washing – when grinding is done, particles are washed.

Boiling

after washing particles are boiled till it melt.

Pressurizing

melted liquid then get under high pressure to form thin wires.

Cutting

thin wires which are formed are cut into small pieces by cutter.
